Orders
When you place an order and pay, you are offering to buy the products you selected. A contract forms only once Brandora Creative Sdn. Bhd. (202601038503 / 1700598-W) confirms your order.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you are charged.
Licence
Digital items are licensed to you, not sold. Unless the product page says otherwise:
- design packages: once you have paid in full, you own the final approved design and may register it as a trade mark; concepts you did not choose stay with Brandora Creative Sdn. Bhd.
- Brandora Creative may show the finished work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to
- templates and mockups: you may use them in your own projects and in projects for your clients
- you may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute templates or mockups, or upload them to any marketplace or file-sharing site
- copyright in templates and mockups stays with Brandora Creative Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors
Liability
To the extent permitted by the laws of Malaysia, Brandora Creative Sdn. Bhd. (202601038503 / 1700598-W)'s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
